Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using galsteinman.com and the Gal's Academy platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google account to access course content. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access paid content through your account.
3. Course Access and Tiers
- Free tier: Access to the Getting Started section (4 lessons) at no cost.
- Pro tier: One-time payment for lifetime access to all 27 lessons.
- Max tier: One-time payment for lifetime access to all lessons, future courses, and priority support.
"Lifetime access" means access for as long as the platform is operational. We reserve the right to discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, taxes, and compliance. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's terms.
We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you're not satisfied with the paid course, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, including text, code examples, templates, and materials, is owned by Gal Steinman. You may use the materials for your personal and professional development. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share course content publicly.
- Use course content to create competing products or courses.
- Remove attribution from code examples or templates.
Code you write as part of exercises and projects is yours. Templates and examples provided in the course may be used freely in your work.
6. Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued upon finishing all course lessons. Certificates represent course completion and are not professional certifications or accredited credentials.
7. Consulting Services
Consulting calls booked through the platform are subject to availability. Paid session details and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on course content. Course content is educational and should not be considered professional financial or accounting advice.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
